Empty Chair is a web application that helps tattoo studios recover cancelled and unfilled appointment time. Tattoo shop owners use Empty Chair to select open appointment times, contact customers who have consented to receive offers, collect booking claims and deposits, and track confirmed appointments. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and requires the shop owner’s permission. When connected, Empty Chair reads calendar availability to prevent double-booking and creates, updates, or removes only the booking events managed through Empty Chair.
